Shubham Agarwal, CMT, CFA, CQF, CFTe is Founder & CEO at Quantsapp, a Fin-tech firm focused in Option Trading Algorithm & Analytics. A Chartered Market Technician (CMT Association, USA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Institute, USA), Certified in Quantitative Finance (CQF, London), Certified Financial Technician (IFTA, USA), Investment Banking Analyst (IMS) & B.Com by qualification, Shubham has been into many major kinds of market research including Quantitative, Technical, Derivatives& Fundamental Research. He is among a handful of professionals with expertise in multiple research domains. He has been a programmer himself in tens of programming languages from today’s latest trends.
With over 15 years of professional experience in Research & Advisory with Broking houses, he has lived the migration from traditional research to an early participant in the ROBO Advisory era to make traders/investors create an edge by joining hands with the power of compute. In his career so far, he has programmed over 15 game changing trading system purely based on Mathematics & Statistics out of which some of them are unique globally. On the traditional research side of his career he has built over 200 trading systems using Technical & Derivative Analysis. Shubham now runs his own start-up with a goal to equip participants of the Financial markets world-wide with his unique algorithm ideas.
Shubham has been a speaker at many business schools &professional events which include Association of Technical Market Analysts, Association of National Exchanges Members of India, CFA Society, Traders Carnival, Algo Convention, Fin-bridge, Money fifty-50 & Options Symposium.
Earlier to the current position, Shubham has served a few broking houses as Head of Quantitative, Technical & Derivatives Research. Shubham has been an active face on media for his take on markets for over 7 years with CNBC TV 18, CNBC Awaaz, Zee Business, ET Now & Bloomberg Quint.
In his free time, he loves music to the core and is a seasoned Guitar & Synthesizer player and proficient dancer in major Ball room dance forms.

A MMS in Finance, Tina has 14 years of professional experience in the Futures & Option Research. She is an expert in generating Option based trading Strategies both on directional and non-directional front. Prior to Quantsapp, Tina has worked with Motilal Oswal and HSBC Investdirect (erstwhile IL&FS Investsmart) as a Senior Derivative strategist providing single leg to multi-leg Option Strategies and handing Delta trading portfolio for Ultra HNI Clients.
Mr Rajib Ranjan Borah
Rajib is the co-Founder and Director of iRageCapital Advisory Private Limited, and QuantInsti Quantitative Learning Private Limited. At iRage, Rajib assists clients across South East Asia in High Frequency Trading Strategy Development & Systems Design – helping clients generate significant portions of the exchange volume primarily in the options derivatives segment. At QuantInsti, which provides a globally unique online program on algorithmic trading, Rajib works with exchanges and other financial institutions to design education programs; and also manages the course segments on Automate Trading System Architecture, Portfolio Management & Risk Management. Prior to starting iRage, Rajib worked with leading HFT firm Optiver in Amsterdam; working on derivatives market making, and high frequency equity arbitrage strategies across all major European and US exchanges. Before joining Optiver, Rajib was a management strategy consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he assisted a consortium in setting up a national commodity derivatives exchange. A national Olympiad finalist, and a national puzzle champion, Rajib has a degree in management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from National Institute of Technology Surathkal and has internship experiences with Bloomberg in New York (equity derivatives research) amongst others.
